The weather sucked, I lost money but still had a good stay. Lol. Staff was freindly, food was good for a quick serve restaurant. The only real issue I had was with the rooms, first time I was put on 2nd floor, than asked for a better view.. up to the 10th floor we go. Called later on and asked if there were any feathers in the pillows and the night staff didnt seem to know. The next morning I spoke with Karilyn and told her about it she informed me that the entire 4th floor was "feather free". She also went out of her way and bought 2 breakfast meals for me. I have allergy to feathers which is pretty bad but obviously not life threatening. I would say just edjucate the staff on issues like this and it would have been a 5 star stay. I will be back, hopefully the weather is better and I win!!!

My wife and I took a trip 2 weeks ago and we had a blast although we didn’t win anything. When your in the casino you have an option of free drinks to be delivered to you on what ever machine your on they have smoking sections inside which is an expierience in itself because we are not allowed to smoke inside any establishment now a days. The board walk is beautiful. The best time would be at night because the bright lights are so appealing there is much to do. You can gamble, drink, play games that are free, take a walk on the board walk, shop for a bunch of items and eat good. If you are leaving from nyc to AC I would say make sure you get a round trip on the grey hound bus so you won’t have to pay $65 for you and your mate to get back all in all good clean fun I hope you enjoy

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My first day there was great! Staff go out of their way to welcome you!

On my second day I ordered a caramel macchiato with coconut milk from the bistro in the hotel lobby. After leaving the hotel to go out sightseeing and visit a few places nearby, I found that the macchiato was sour and had to pour the whole thing out! On my third day when I mentioned it to the gentleman at the cash he told me that he would tell the girls who make the cappuccinos and lattes but clearly he didn’t or they didn’t do anything about it! The fourth day I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and when she checked the coconut milk the expiry date said January and it is now April!!!! So glad I didn’t get sick but not happy about the fact that I had to pay for it and was offered no refund or credit even though it was obvious that the coconut milk was bad! Not about the money but the principle.

On my fourth day I went to do laundry. I put a load of clothing into one of the dryers and put my $1.75 in to run it for a half hour. It seemed to be running but maybe it was the vibration from the machine next to it. When I went back my clothing was still wet and I lost my $1.75!! Luckily the gentleman from maintenance was there and went back and got me my $1.75 but I had to wait another 45 minutes for the other dryer to dry my clothing before I could go out!! I told him he should put a sign on the machine so nobody else makes that same mistake and he kind of nodded and walked away. Not sure if it is being addressed.

I normally don't care for Courtyard hotels, but - I must admit - they have upped their game in the last 2-3 years. This is the 4th Courtyard I've stayed in over the last 3 years, and I have been pleasantly surprised. Friendly service at the desk. Rooms so clean you can eat off the floor. Comfortable beds. Roomy bathrooms.

My only complaint about Courtyard - they don't include breakfast for premium Marriott Rewards (now BonVoy) members. All my loyalty, and you can comp me $10 breakfast?!?

My only complaint with this hotel - it's in Atlantic City. We stopped here because it was mid-way between our last stop (on a 2-week vacation) and home. I just don't get the appeal of AC. We should have driven a little farther south and stayed in beautiful, charming Cape May.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very pleased with the hotel and the service. This hotel is located just a block away from the Atlantic city boardwalk and is within walking distance to few of the casinos near by. Clean and spacious rooms. The staffs are very helpful and courteous. Will stay here again in the near future.
