The AC Aquarium is small but really enjoyable. I loved the fact that people can touch the stingrays and other fish. It's a cool way to spend a rainy hour.

Is it a ginormous aquarium? No, if you're looking for a big place, go to Camden. If you're looking for something to keep the kids occupied for a few hours in AC, you'll love it. The staff there are welcoming, my kids loved the "shows" and even asked to stay later for the next show. The young blonde (I didn't catch her name) who did the one show was awesome. She was great with the kids and even afterward, interacted with the kids throughout the aquarium. There is one big tank, the rest are all smaller ones. There is a lot to see, if you actually take the time to see it all. The kids also enjoyed the "touch" areas as well as the third floor observation deck.

Overall, it was a good value to spend a few "non-beach" hours with the kids while on vacation.

This is a great spot to visit with young kids especially on a cloudy day. There are sting ray and shark petting tanks that are accessible to everyone. We also enjoyed the frogs and the eels. The staff was very friendly. We found online coupons that reduced the price $1 per person.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the aquarium is small. But, it is definitely worth the $8 admission fee. There are a few touch tanks and a varitety of animals - fish (including small sharks), turtles, lizards, seahorses, a tarantula, and a huge frog. Check the website for the schedule of the few short presentations. My granddaughters (ages 3 & 4) really enjoyed our visit. They took photos of their favorite animals. The best experience was feeding the stingrays. Purchase your food tickets for the noon feeding when you arrive because they are limited and will sell out.

A relaxed-paced visit would take no more than 2 hours. There are tables where you could eat lunch amid butterfly-attracting gardens. Boat tours leave from the same parking lot. There are restaurants and shops nearby. This is a good day trip if combined with other activities.

3 floors but very small. Not too much of variety. Nothing on the 3rd floor, however you can look at the surrounding. Does not cost that much, it was $8.00 but wasnt really worth the time. Needs a upgrade.
