Very disappointed with the ladies helping at the front desk including the management. I felt they were rude and not well trained. They could not find a reservation that was in their system the whole time and blamed the agency who booked it instead of admitting fault on their side. I would hope that they would reflect on how they handled this situation and see where they were at fault and attempt to make it right but they did not. Instead they continued to argue and said the Guest was lying. No matter how nice I was to them they continued to be combative and not helpful over multiple phone calls. I was very disappointed and expected better from a Wyndham resort staff. :(More
