the front desk manager acted like she could care less about us as guests and stuck us in a room right next to elevator so we got no sleep at all. She embarrassed us and literally said oh well whatever and walked away when i was explaining how rude the phone reservation person was.

Three guys visit Resorts every fall for the last 35 years. We have stayed in other casino hotels but have been back to Resorts the last four years. We like the overall experience, location and service. We enjoy the excellent food and service at Gallagher's Steak House.
Enjoyed spending some time near the beach. Slots pay much better than ones in Pa. Great get away for a couple days. Food is very good and the comps are well worth the trip. Love the new renovations and hope they upgrade pool area next.

Love the Gallagher's Burger Bars This one is awesome food is incredible. This pool area just needs a major facelift and I am praying it gets one .
Service is good. Would go back in the future. One of our favorite casinos to go to.Fix the problem with the smoking and the air conditioning. Comps could be more generous.
Our host is easy to reach and replies to our requests in a timely manner.
I have been to resorts a number of times, cannot ever say check-in is easy and at times not friendly with mixed results on occassions. At crowded times I understand there may be difficuties but allways seems to be a issue, crowded or not!
