After reading the reviews, my husband & I were a little leery about our upcoming stay. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. From the valet when we first arrived to the bell hop holding our luggage, everyone was very attentive. We were always greeted by staff in the hotel & casino with a smile and "how are you". Our room was clean & well stocked. The bathroom was also clean & well stocked. The casino was small, but that made it friendly. Some of the dealers and pit boss's would remember our names. The breakfast brunch at Capriccio should not be missed. On a not so good note, the food at the buffet was terrible. The Noodle bar was gone, even though it is still listed on their web site. The pool was under construction and to reopen on the Feb. 7th, the day of our arrival, but it didn't open until the 9th. Over all, I would definitely stay at Resorts again. Try it, you won't be sorry.

How fortunate and grateful we are that you took the chance on Resorts Casino Hotel! It was great to read that many of our casino staff recognized you and called you by name.

Many guests agree that Capriccio is not to be missed. Also, you will be happy to learn the menu in the Buffet has been changed, and the new menu goes into effect this coming Friday. Should you be gracious enough to return, we hope that you will give it another chance! There are many exciting changes happening at Resorts Casino Hotel as we move toward the unveiling of the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville brand this summer. We are looking forward to that almost as much as we are looking forward to your next visit!

Didn't win at slots but others did. Great shopping values. Felt like a queen in my NEW RESORTS ROOM and Bath. I look forward to pool reopening and the jimmy buffett restaurant on Boardwalk.
It always amazes me how fast the trip is from north Jersey.

Resorts offered the best deal on a one night stay on a Friday night. A last minute trip for a few friends we were looking to have dinner, play a bit in the Casino and maybe catch a show. The staff starting at the front desk on check-in to the valet at the end of the trip could not be more helpful. Most of us have stayed in other hotels in Atlantic City but we agree that Resorts is going to be our "go to" spot from now on. Price was right, service was good. Restaurant accommodated special food needs. Overall experience was very enjoyable!

Room was average, not up to par with some of the upscale casino hotels. Casino could use different lighting, seemed a bit dreary. The fine restaurants were closed so we dined in the coffee shop for all meals. The food was good for a casual restaurant.

Room Tip: The hotel clerk said she was giving us a suite, but it was just a regular room.

MARIO and his Staff are very accommodating and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable.
The food is good.
Everyone in the Casino are there if you need some help.

Keep up the good work and with your expansion, this should become one of the Prime Hotel in Atlantic City,
