Very impressive looking building, but it's location leaves a lot to be desired. Using the shuttle is ok if you are an owner (priority seating), but otherwise you have to drive to everything. The neighborhood is not a place you'd feel comfortable walking in at night. The room was good if there are only two people. Any more and they have to use the pull-out bed in the couch. If you don't have a bad back in the morning, it's a miracle. Nothing be springs. It matches the older furniture in the room and the older carpeting throughout the resort. The phone did not work properly. I had to hit many of the numbers two and three times before they registered.
The elevators can be quick at times, but for the most part you will wait. If you are on a low floor, you might as well walk down the stairs as the car coming down is always full of people from the upper floors. Also, since when is it a good idea to have staff with a smelly mop and bucket get on the same elevator as the patrons! There is a service elevator, staff should be using that!
The best thing at this resort is the staff. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Too bad the building doesn't come up to the same level. Of the other hotels we visited, Harrah's or the Borgata will be our choice next time.
