I frequent this property for work and I much prefer it over staying in the casinos for business. Friendly staff and clean accommodations plus decent room service prices and stellar business center. Will continue to go back.

Recently stayed here for four nights, looks massive and impressive from the outside. The hotel is right in the middle of the designer outlets, with some good shopping. Probably the furthest hotel in this resort from the strip, but it was only a 10 minute walk. The room was a good side with useful fridge, however as other reviewers have identified they need updating. The carpet was filthy I have to say, dissapointing for such a huge hotel chain. Clearly not a lot of reinvestment going on here. Parking for the US were reasonable, if you self park ! I would hesitate to recommend, but we did have an enjoyable stay overall.

Well let me begin by saying the lobby was very nice had all the gowns and crowns of former Miss America winners and the rooms had a very nice size oil painting of previous winners, ok then after that it pretty much went downhill I only stayed 1 night couldn’t bare to stay the entire holiday weekend, soon as I walk in the room there was a big stain on the floor, the bed spread didn’t look the cleanest, lift the mattress up as I always do was popcorn under the sheets, the cable went out , the light in the bathroom didn’t work, got up in the morning to leave the iron didn’t work at this point I just wanted to get out of there did not report my issues with hotel just know I will never stay there again, oh forgot bed was not attached to head board so if u sat on the foot of the bed the whole bed flipped up and room was very dated with a small 20” tv I was so ready to go home cut my trip short.

Let me preface this review by saying first that (1) I am not very hard to please when it comes to hotel stays and (2) I rarely ever rate anything less than 4 stars on TripAdvisor. That being said, this Sheraton was pretty disappointing; I think 3 stars is generous.

Upon check-in I was not greeted by even a "Hello welcome to Sheraton" or "Good afternoon"; the front desk agent just asked for my ID and that was it. It was probably the most impersonal hotel check-in experience I have ever had. Really all I'm looking for (and used to experiencing) is a smile and a small welcome; this is the hospitality industry after all. As the title suggests, this really felt like I was part of some factory assembly line: just getting checked in and sent on my way. I am a SPG gold member and I was not offered anything upon check-in or even just simply welcomed back as a member.

Part of the reason for the 3 stars and not 2 is because the room seemed relatively clean and comfortable with the standard amenities that one would expect at a hotel. Additionally, the bellman was very friendly and brought our luggage up to the room very expeditiously.

When checking-out I was waiting in the line designed for just SPG gold and platinum members. 2 agents were at the front desk without customers and just stared at me without saying anything, not even a simple "one moment please". I then asked if she was available and she just shook her head and said no. I was really, really surprised at this especially from Starwood. To me, normal human behavior (not even taking into account that this is the hospitality industry) would be to just say something nice like "be right with you" but literally this person just shook her head at me. Seriously? Is this the DMV?

Overall, I am pretty disappointed in this hotel. I have had some amazing experiences at Starwood properties such as Westin (in multiple countries) as well as Marriott. Every other time I am welcomed to the hotel in a very gracious manner and I feel appreciated as a guest. Is this hotel clean? Yes. Does this hotel have a decent bar and restaurant? Yes. Customer Service? Not really.

Great location and friendly staff. However, for the price we paid, the room was not adequate. Stained carpet and bed covers - really not up to Starwood Preferred Guest standards. Also, parking is either valet ($30/day) or a parking garage down the street ($17/day). We reluctantly chose the valet option; but it was quick and the staff was friendly.
