I was in Atlantic City for a conference and stated at the Sheraton Convention Center hotel. It was a very nice hotel, the check-in process was quick and efficient and my room was very nice. It was a standard room but spacious and some nice amenities (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (with Starbucks coffee), safe and a nice large tv as well as plenty of outlets for charging my devices). They also offer complimentary wifi which is a nice touch (with good speed). The beds were comfortable, quiet rooms and good climate control. I earned extra SPG points and nixed the housekeeping while I was there for a few days. It was slightly inconvenient to have to go to another floor for vending but not too bad. The bathroom was quite clean and good water pressure for the shower. Overall, a very nice stay, it was nice and quiet, especially without the casino crowds but just a short walk, jitney or uber away. One interesting thing is that there are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel but they all seem to closer at night (i.e. 6 or 7p) which was a bit odd (perhaps because it is after the season, not sure). I would definitely stay here again when I am back in AC and would highly recommend the Sheraton Convention Center. I will do a separate review, but the Tun Tavern was a great place to get food and drink.

I attended a basketball tournament in AC and this was the hotel of choice.
The only complaint would be: There should be an easier way to get in and out of the hotel. Having to go outside and walk around the building to go anywhere is a bit ridiculous.

Room tip: Try and get a room facing the outlets (towards the boardwalk) It's nice to look out onto at night.

If you are going to the Convention, this is the place to stay due to convenience including location and parking. The rooms are a bit dated but stil fine for a day or two. If you going with your spouse for R & R, there are better but more expensive options.

Room tip: I has room 535 which faced the strip of hotels which is nice to see at night.

I had to stay at this hotel as part of a conference. I stayed here for last year's conference and it was decent. But like Atlantic City it is falling into disrepair.

First, there was no water for showers two straight mornings. The carpet only room was soiled with a red substance and the pillow cases were stained. Housekeeping replaced the pillows.

The food was truly sub par at the conference. From stale bagels and danishes to awful sandwiches, the food is barely fit for prison consumption.
