Here on a mini vacation before school starts. I've stayed in many Sheraton Hotels and I feel that this one is very typical. Clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. However, it is a bit pricey. If you are a fan of Miss America, lots of memorabilia is located there.

The front desk was not helpful at all. The rep was rude and dismissive. I booked two rooms and they would not consider one request. I asked for adjoining rooms since we were women traveling alone. They couldn't accommodate us. That was not so bad. So when I requested the room next to my disinter in law that had just been cleaned. They told me to come back in 10 minutes. Denied again. Told me to come back in 15 minutes then the room was given to someone else. All she said was oh well someone booked it. So I was given a room on the same floor but not close. The women at the desk just couldn't be bothered. It was just take it or leave it. I also paid for two nights and only stayed one. I would never stay there again. Thank you. Sharon cucina

Unfortunately, the bed bug discovery and the hotel's subsequent handling of it clouded the entire experience. it has been over a week since the experience and I am getting the "runaround"...still waiting for the "investigation" to be completed. I finally got to speak to a supervisor, who was nice enough, but came close to hinting I may have brought the bugs in myself! Other than that, I liked to location close to the outlets and the Miss America pageant history showcases throughout the hotel.
