The hotel is beautiful, The history of the Miss America is all over the Hotel, Gown, crowns, and picture. Rooms are very comfortable. Near LOADS of shopping, and the Famous Boardwalk. Casino are in walking distance. Staff was great, but parking is very expensive

My stay here was extremely comfortable - staff was accommodating, and room was clean and well-stocked. Located near the convention center and within walking distance to the outlets, the Sheraton is convenient and within walking distance. My only complaint is parking, which is NOT included in the room price.
When we booked the room online it said comp free parking. But at the time of check-in the front desk person refused for comp parking. After we got the room keys, when we went to our room the A/c was off in a 90 degrees temperature weather. Next morning tue check out time was noon. But housekeepers started banging the door at 9am, even though Do not Disturb sign was on the door. And also the housekeeper tried to open the door with there master key. Called the desk and they replied to me saying because it was my check out day and they are trying to clean the room. It was Monday night i stayed.

Location is everything .I traveled by myself for the first time and was nervous.Once I noticed everything was in walking distance it was such a relief.
Outlets ,Restaurants,Casinos,Beach and Boardwalk.My view from the 12 floor was amazing .Felt like I was in Vegas .What more could I ask for traveling alone for my birthday.This made it all worth it.Left with a smile .

Don't go here unless you don't mind smell in room, water coming out the wall next to toilet, sleeping on a full bed not queen, stain carpet, wet carpet and no soap was even offered then this is the place for you we went for three night decide to leave next day book thru Priceline was comp for the parking $18.00 after I told the ladie in the front desk at 7:00am our situation and she apologied but they did not refund my $300.00 nor did Priceline or even offer me a voucher like Priceline mention some hotel do that after a customer has a bad experience so again if you want to have a bad experience and not get your money back then again this hotel for you

Terrible hotel they don't even acknowledge you when you check in blood stains on carpet toilet was leaking carpet was soaked in room room stunk we checked in supposedly for 3 days and checked out the next morning crackheads hang out in front of hotel where parking lot is dammmm and I am from the projects born and raised the projects are not even this bad seriously what a dump service is terrible restaurant next to it is terrible never ever go here I'll never go to ac again because of this experience we should be comped or refunded our money
