We just returned from the four day trek to Ciudad Perdida, and it was amazing. Expotur was a wonderful outfitter. Our guide, Enrique, was so knowledgeable. He has deep roots and understanding of the region and history. Our translator, Hugo, was engaging, personable and incredibly helpful (we had a few mishaps.) It was a physically challenging and intellectually rewarding trip - the perfect match!

Great 4 days trek through a wonderful landscape. Booked the trip through Expotur and one of their guide Ciser Martinez, definitely the best one with lots of knowledge about the history of the tayrona people and the natural park itself. Very highly recommend!!

We had an awesome experience. The 4 day hike to Teyuna (Ciudad Perdida) and back was totally worth it. Pure nature, swimming in the river, nice food in the camps (from José), interesting infomartion about the indigenes, beautiful bracelets from the youngest son of a shaman of the Kogi tribe and lots of fun with our two guides Maria and Enrique, who know how to motivate on such a trip and who always wear a smile on their faces!

We honestly recommend the tour and wish our two guides all the best for the future.

The tour to the Lost city was a real adventure. The physical challenge, the beautiful nature and the foundations of the Lost City were altogether one of the most beautiful experiences in Colombia. Iderle Our guide and Isidiro our translator have made every effort to give us an impression of the history of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The sheep facilities are more than satisfactory for a jungle tour and the food was always very good and varied.
I was traveling with Expo Tour. It was a very good service
