Excellent and reliable service

We hired Bukap travels for 3 private transfers. Our experience was extremely smooth and hassle free. They communicated all the details in advance and accommodated changes easily. The drivers were very courteous as well, especially Alex Salas. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, flexible about stopping to eat or use the restroom, and gave us some information about Colombia and the places we were driving by. Would totally trust these guys!

5 star private transfers

We used Bukap to arrange private transfers between Cartagena and Santa Marta. They were wonderful, responsive, helpful and reliable. They even helped make a last minute change when we had an illness disrupt our travel which was a total life saver. Next time I’ll definitely book a tour with them as well. Fully recommend.

Smooth Operator

Our driver Arnel was waiting in the lobby of my Cartagena Hotel a half hour before our agreed upon time. He was very courteous and helped load up our bags. The car was nice and comfortable. His driving gave us the security to fall asleep. He made a pit stop just outside Barranquilla at a place to use the restroom, stretch and buy some sandwiches for the rest of the trip. We had a great dialogue and he even made a requested stop at a “fluff and fold” since we had accumulated some 3 days of dirty laundry in Cartagena. He then took us to our hotel safely with many suggestions on what to do in Santa Marta. Well worth the money for the comfort and security.

On Time Airport Transfer
Review of: Private transportation from Santa Marta to Barranquilla airport

The ride from my hotel in Santa Marta to Barranquilla airport went smoothly. The driver arrived early for pick up and I arrived at the airport in plenty of time before my flight. His English was minimal, so there wasn't much conversation, other than my few questions in broken Spanish.
