This cafe is in the beautiful suburb of El Poblado, about a 10 minute walk from Parque Lleras. The coffee is roasted on site and freshly ground - some of the best coffee I have had in Colombia. Breakfast consists of fresh bread (made daily in their own bakery), eggs (omelette or eggs benedict), fresh fruit, jam, cream cheese, yogurt mueli honey, sandwiches, soups, pastries, etc... Lunch varies with a choice of several slow cooked meat dishes with rice, bread, salads. The menu continues to evolve as the owners, Carols and Ana, try out new dishes (which we tested in several occasions). Besides coffee they serve fresh fruit drinks (no added sugar ), smoothies with yogurt, craft beers and wine. A must visit if you are in Medellin!!!!

Situated in the peaceful Medellin suburb of Patio Bonito,Poblado Al Alma is a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch ,particularly sitting outside in the covered area enjoying the mild Medellin climate with a latte and one of their delightful dishes.
Carlos likes to create new offerings to please his clientele on a regular basis and this has been a daily 'must' just a 10minute walk from Parque Lleras.

Not the cheapest but outstanding breakfast. Try the french toast with cinnamon bread. COP 9000 and coffee for COP 3500

While staying at the Blacksheep Hostel, we visited this place twice. It was amazing both times. For breakfast I had the cream cheese and egg sandwich and for lunch we had soup and the caramelized pork sandwich. Both times were absolutely amazing. I think that it was a bit more expensive than most places for breakfast (10,000 - 12,000 COP) but definitely worth checking out for a coffee or a pastry!
