We ended up in the Nueva Enoteca because our favorite restaurant was booked out that night. The setting is not too bad, in particular if you arrive with two families and a number of kids. Friendliness of staff was also quite OK. The startling thing were the prices in relation to what you obtained, in particular to other good restaurants in Cartagena. Whereas the pizzas were just overpriced but actually quite good, the pasta on the other hand was overpriced with quite small quantities (8 raviolis for COP 34'000 without IVA and service charge) and limited quality. In particular for European visitors who are used to native Italian pasta, the experience was not really overwhelming. We left the restaurant with the feeling of having been ripped off, in particular if you compare the price-value to other place in Cartagena.
