“Long time to wait but the quality of food repays the time spent waiting.”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

Food very well served, not too expensive, good environment, calm and cool. The French owner should invest more on waiters, they are nice but a bit slow and only costeño speaking. It would be the cherry on the cake to have someone understanding a language different than spanish. Otherwise it worths a visit.

“There is no waiting for a table, here.”
Reviewed January 29, 2014

Two of the best meals I had in Cartagena were served here. Located in the Hotel Monterrey on the edge of the Getsamini district, this excellent French restaurant was never crowded possibly because it is so upscale compared to other restaurants in this area of Getsamini. My two meals of filet mignon and salmon were prepared to taste better than any restaurant I've reviewed. From the linen covered table to excellent service, this was by far the best meal I've ever had in Cartagena. Incidentily, the prices were no more expensive than most restaurants inside the walled city and by far, much better.

“Unexpectedly good”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

Timidly we entered this restaurant which looked rather empty given that we were a bit late for lunch.

I ordered bife de lomo with a Chilean wine and it was delicious. Service was friendly, quick and I felt that we really got value for our money. Not haute cuisine, but good food and an impeccable setting.
