Many times a review is greatly effected by your mood.
My wife and i wandered in on our first full day in Cartagena. It concerned us that we were only guests, but shortly afterwards two other couples came in.
We had a very nice time. We are not food snobs or even good critics, so take the review just from our experience.
We had the bruschetta and the Fine Erbe Pollo, which was enough food for us, even though portions are not large by comparison to the states. About normal for Europe, in comparison. Cost with drinks and tip was 71 mil COP. Probably a little high for level of food, but not much.
I told the waiter at the end that it was all good, and he really seemed appreciative.
