5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2012

Went to Cartagena in September and eat at EL Boliche Sebicheria I must say this is a must go amazing sea food….
I can’t remember what I ordered but it was delicious. Oscar the chef made a special dish so we could eat while we were waiting for the main dish and impressed us.
It’s a nice place to take your girl for dinner and have a good time. They make you feel like at home great restaurant….Super recomended

“the best meal we had in Cartagena!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2012

This young and fresh ceviche oriented restaurant is spectacular in it's simplicity. My spouse and I felt so comfortable coming in off the streets of Getsemani to grab a cocktail at the bar. We enjoyed the vibe and the smells so much we stayed for dinner and had a feast of several fish and seafood plates. You just can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We also enjoyed the strong and tasty house aperitif.
The owners are so inviting that I recommend asking for their suggestions. Many food experiences in Cartagena left us stumbling around in a food coma from the delicious, rich and often fried fare. At El Boliche you will walk away from this dinner spot feeling full, satisfied and refreshed.

“They should be at a 5 star restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 19, 2012 via mobile

This was our first adventure out of old city on our visit to Cartagena. Based on reviews we read, I was expecting to end up in the "hood", but it was literally a three block walk from the convention center/teatro outside the city wall on Calle 25. . Vivianna, Oscar & baby Elisabett were amazing hosts, but the ceviche was off the charts. May have been the best meal in CTG- and we ate at all the good spots. The biche, coco, and pico de gallo ceviches were spectacular - try them with the riesling that Vivianna suggested. Quaint casual atmosphere- nothing fancy, but fun & cool. I'm sure this place will be going off by my next visit.

“Great Seafood!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2012

I have been to Cartagena several times. I love the city! On our last visit, we found this restaurant, which was new since the last time we visited a year or so ago. We had a wonderful meal, including some interesting things we've never eaten (we are from Florida, so are accustomed to many different types of seafood) - "erizo de mar con aire de coco" (urchin), "pulpo en espuma de papa" (octopus), and "chimichurri de vegetales." The food was very good. The chef visited us at our table and was very pleasant. The service was very good. I would highly recommend you trying this restaurant when visiting Cartagena. We will return on our next visit!

“Can't be more fresh!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 2, 2012

Great food. We had the crab empananas and two ceviches (tamarindo & traditional). Fish can't be more fresh, and owners directly attend their place. From the tables you can see the detail the Chef (Oscar) is putting to each of the dishes. The name Boliche refers to the fishermen's net, therefore trying to relate to the freshness of the ingredients and fish. Will return for sure.
