We had our last dinner in Cartagena at Club de Pesca. The location is wonderful as it is right on the water and we were fortunate to sit outside. They have a pretty comprehensive wine list and enjoyed a recommended bottle of white wine from Spain. We had the scallop appetizer (highly recommend) and a crab appetizer (OK). For dinner, two had the seafood casserole which was really a soup in a very rich broth and included fish, mussels, clams, shrimp, and lobster. One had a chicken dish and I had the chef's fish. All were fantastic. For dessert, the ladies ordered the chocolate cake and said it was worth the 20 minute wait. Overall, the food was 5 star. Unfortunately, the service was very, very slow. There was a large group at the restaurant which resulted in our slow service. We waited almost 45 minutes between courses and while I was relaxed and enjoying the atmosphere, it was a little long.
