Had they dimmed the lights slightly and prepared the rabbit sous vide properly, they would've got 5 stars ;)

In all seriousness, after nearly a month I still remember the flavors (aside from the rabbit) vividly and would definitely go back. Salmon mustard-y ceviche and beef fillet with caramelized onions were world class. Octopus carpaccio was not outstanding but very fresh and a good appetizer.

No, it's not cheap. But it's not more expensive than other 'famous' places in town either. In fact, if you're after having a few cocktails and wine with your meal, the Miracle Plan makes it a very good value indeed (3 courses and unlimited drinks and wine was around 90,000COP per person).

Booking recommended, non-spanish speakers you can book online ;)

Over priced and food was disappointing. Do not order the crispy red snapper as it is extremely crispy and dry. The chickpea and lamp was not a stew but appeared to be grilled lamb dropped into a chickpea sauce. Have to admit that we were refunded for the meal. None he less would not recommend as they are extremely expensive and the food fell short of our expectations.

We came here as a suggestion of the concierge of the Santa Clara Hotel
The place is nice, but not remarkable, the service correct. If you don't choose the menu the price is quite over rated.
The food was not bad, but as the rest, no special at all.
I won’t repeat, there're better places to go in Cartagena

We had dinner at El Santísimo two days ago. I found the place very pleasant and the service good and not pushy at all. The food was not as great as I had expected, but the Capricho de Olaf y Helga was a nice salmon ceviche. On the other hand, Pa' Excomulgados, a trio of Cartagenean fritters, was a little oily, lacked flavor and a tiny bit on the burned side. Dessert, la Avaricia, profiteroles with chocolate sauce were average.

We went to El Santisimo after hearing several reccommendations. The food in Cartagena is terrific, and this restaurant was not terrible, it simply wasn't up to the level of others. It was also pricey. Had the food been fabulous that would have been less of an issue.

A couple of stay aways: 1) the snapper bites came out hard as a rock. Do not order these! 2) The pork Sous Vide - was also poorly cooked, and did not live up to expectations.

The Sangria was awesome (but deadly).
