Stay 2 nights for business.

The lobby with high ceiling which gives a strong sense of welcoming.

The room is clean and spacious.

The staff is nice and polite.

The breakfast is a international buffet which is acceptable.

Recommended.

This is a modern, new, tastefully furnished, well-designed, conveniently-located, easily-accessible hotel. What makes it truly exceptional are the attention to details:
1) We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite because of our Accor premier status. The "smart" control of lights and curtains and lighting (range from bright to warm ambience) in the room was very well-designed. We loved the big rain shower and the spacious long bath with its television screen. The view of the corner suite 2208 was fantastic.
Exceptional: "smart" toilet bowl with its warm seat and about 10 -12 different functions.
2) When we stepped into the room, we were greeted with a birthday cake, and some chocolates, a bottle of wine.
Exceptional : a birthday greeting card personally signed by 13 staff from the front desk. Thank you Caroline for organising this.
3) Breakfast buffet: The quality and variety of both Western and Chinese breakfast was amazing. Loved the hand made noodles and dumplings, bacon and sausages.
Exceptional: Personalised service. Wade, one of the senior F and B staff, personally got us our coffee and tea, ordered and brought noodles and dumplings to our table, and made us feel so pampered. Roccio heard of our interest in LeShan, a tourist spot, and promptly printed some information for us without our even asking. The staff even gave us birthday greetings when we walked in!
4) Dinner: The seafood buffet had a variety of fresh and delicious seafood, including lobsters, live fish, oysters, crabs, prawns, sashimi, and free flow of wine and beer.
Exceptional: The service of Roccio and Wade, who attended to our party of six with great attention to our needs.
5) Our flight was at 11pm and the hotel gave us a late check-out.
Exceptional: Silvia, who allowed us a 6pm checkout and attended to our queries the next day. The room was also made-up when we returned in the afternoon, and we managed to relax well before checkout.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this 5-star establishment and I would give the service a 6-star rating. It was an exceptional stay and we wish to thank all the staff for making our birthday celebration memorable!

We had Aperitif on the Level 2 with great crafted cocktails followed by an amazing Omakase dinner prepared by Chef SK. Marlon, the manager, and Chef SK were both showcasing their skills to create a memorable night for me and my wife. The food was amazing and carefully crafted to ensure speed, taste and creations were perfectly aligned. Needless to say that we can highly recommend and look forward to come back.

This is my second hotel on 6 days vacation in Sichuan, you feel great welcome from arrival to checkin, from concierge to Fairmont Gold. FD Caroline is very efficient and lovely. Concierge Allen is a funny guy and very professional, he gave us very good suggestions on our panda tour! And the most impressive team in this hotel is their Fairmont Gold Team, the entire team is well trained and managed by their lovely manager Candy and I enjoyed every minute in the lounge, and also thank you for the BD arrangement! The trip is short and I wish I could stay longer.
