This is my second review of his property. I checked in the night before to catch an erly morning flight. First and foremost on check-in they handed me a bottle of water as complimentary, which with luggage in hands they should have put it in my room. Second, when I rang them from the room to enquire about the airport shuttle, the concierge was fighting or words explaining that the hurtle was not there; to my disbelief he handed-over to perhaps a font-end staff who totally reversed the fact that the shuttle has been booked and she cannot help further. It was an overall heavy dose of discourteous tone! Moreover I had told the front-end staff to give me a wake-up call at 5.30am; neither there were any calls nor were any knocks on my door. I am wondering how such hotels could be rated high, for sure it cannot be a number one hotel, maybe a ten or eleven perhaps. The plus though I need to highlight - the wonderful service at the night I checked in to the buffet dinner...not much cuisines but a lovely service from each of the staff there. Ofcourse hotel is well kept and tidy. Usually there used to be a counter at the airport but now it is not there. Again check-out was very plastic and methodical with sleepy faces.....I think this hotel has to orient their front-end staff a little more on courtesy, manners, etiquette, etc. In all it is an okay property for an overnight stay. Should strive to improve the defeciencies mentioned. The most important thing is that I am a Platinum Ambassador of this group and if I can have this service, I pity others! Management staff should pay more attention on the voids that are creeping into their service.
