Beautiful garden setting for a Fall wedding! Even though it must misty and it rained later in the evening we all stayed dry in the big tent. Food was fabulous, absolutely delicious appetizers with something for everyone. Salads, entrees and desserts had a nice presentation and were equally delicious. The staff were very sensitive to special dietary requests, courteous, and friendly. Special treat at the end, a large fire was built and all the ingredients for s'mores were put out. Fun final touch - roasting marshmallows!

I attended a wedding here. . It was wonderful- If you are thinking of having an outdoor garden wedding, consider Crossed Keys! The ceremony was held on the lawn which was in front of a lovely garden. Across the way was the magnificent tent. No regrets - only praise!

My sister got married here in September 2011. The Inn offers wedding packages where the wedding party can use the outdoor space behind the inn for the ceremony and reception, and then stay at the inn overnight. The wedding itself was great, and I reccommend anyone checking it out. The grounds were beautiful, with a little stone cottage, old playhouse, and well-maintained gardens. It really is special and unique and made for some great photos. It almost feels like youre in the European countryside.

Now some negatives. The Inn was charming but dated. The rooms were small and could have used some updating. Some had old wallpaper, beds and furniture. This is a place you would go to more for the experience of a bed and breakfast, rather than for luxury. The room rates were very high and I believe that we did not get any value from this. In the morning, the owner who also doubled as the wedding coordinator, made us breakfast. She is not the most pleasant woman, and seemed to be trying to rush us out for the next wedding. The breakfast, was good, but the downstairs seemed a little in disarray. Overall, I would not reccomend staying at the Inn, but would only reccommend the site as a wedding venue. They try to pressure you into staying at the Inn so that strangers dont book it and interrupt your wedding. I would have rather had that happen, then stay at the Inn again!
