Wonderful food, great presentation, attentative service, nice wine list. When you tire of Chinese food on the trip I highly suggest you give this place a try. It was great,

I liked the pizza and the sparkling wine. I really liked their Jazz Bar with live music, which is beside the restaurant. After dinner there is no much better than listening to a band playing.

Big plates, most the same long shape, no real quality. Very disappointed. Lots of visuals but very little substance. No smoking is a joke.

I recently ate at Da Mario with a friend. I had heard good things, but got much more than I expected. We are appetizer people, so we ordered several. The antipasto was crisp and cold, the calamari wasn't rubbery and chewy, and the fried ham and emmental cheese finger sandwiches were AMAZING! Then the dinner came. Beef medallions in a balsamic reduction, and grilled "gamberoni" (giant shrimp). Both were exceptional, and surprisingly light. We were disappointed with the desserts, however. The chocolate mousse was a little to bitter and the tiramisu was flat, and didn't have that distinctive coffee flavor. I think Da Mario has gotten their food right, now it's time to work on the desserts.

Note: Ask for extra bread and herb butter (it's excellent)!

The food is just so good there! It's served within a reasonable time. The service is nice and when the chef is there he alway greeds everybody and asks them if everything is fine.
