We stayed for 3 nights during a Business trip. The recent renewed 18th floor was ok and the room was confortable. There was a refurbishment being done at the lobby but it was no big deal.
The breakfast had more asian alternatives but western choices were there too and was acceptable.
The staff was friendly but to communicate with them was hard as their English could be better.
Staying at the Executive floors give you some free laundry, drinks and advantages. Definitelly worths it as you get the extra money you pay refunded.
Good luck catching taxis in Wuhan. From the hotel is not a big deal but in the return way it gets a little bit difficult as the taxi drivers could be selective.
