Lovely food with friendly irish hospitality. The pub does a quiz night, live music, pool, all the sports you could want. They will even set up Nintendo for some old school computer games. Top food tips~order their home cut fries with curry and cheese delicious. I also like their Cottage pie as it comes with home cut fries on the side.

I've been here a few times and it's always a good night. They have a good menu for when you want some western food - the nachos, burgers, chicken goujons and curry cheesy chips are all great. I'm sure the other stuff is too, I just haven't tried it yet.
Good drinks, friendly staff (Sonny is a legend), they have a pool table and darts, play loads of different sport on the TV and have some good nights on. They do a monthly quiz which is fun.

the Irish clover is a friendly, lively place to eat and drink and to have the craic. The food was lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. The new owners which are all teachers that have moved over from Ireland are doing a great job making everyone feel welcome. I met the two girl owners Catriona and Mari. They made me feel right at home (nearly forgot i was in china, thought i was back in some bar in Ireland) and had the best nights craic of my whole holiday!!! had a good band on that night so the place was great fun and so busy with all different cultures( its just not for the Irish) hope the place stays like it is because id definitely be back!!!

The Irish Clover has just reopened with fantastic new owners. The menu has had an overhaul, with quality, fresh ingredients giving you an authentic taste of home. Bbq chicken burger and the Guinness stew are two of our favourites. And a night there would not be complete without having some of their delicious hand cut chips with curry sauce and cheese... Believe me, these are AMAZING!

Great friendly atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for the owner. Nice selection of craft beer and a few good wines. Make sure you try a Sonny Special cocktail, tell the barman what you like and he will create you something unique!

Pool and darts available, just like a traditional pub at home, and of course they have Guinness on tap. Live music every weekend. They will put on any sport you want to watch if they aren't already showing it. They also have a great quiz night once a month that is worth your while trying.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Everyone is made to feel welcome!
