SERVICE: Very helpful and friendly staff. I mean all the staff. Even that they do not speak fluent English, they still will try their level best to assist

SLEEP QUALITY: Nice bed and pleasant ambient.

CLEANLINESS: The room is clean. On overall, very well kept hotel

LOCATION: 200 meter walk to the metro station. Some low cost residence at the back of the hotel with a supermarket. Quite safe to walk around

ROOM: 5 star hotel furnishing

BATHROOM: Not very new but well kept. Toiletry item almost complete

FACILITY: The SPA is too expensive and service is below average.

BREAKFAST: Good

VALUE: For the price 8/10

Beautiful hotel but very clean and great service a little old but great stay and very good service. Would have liked to stay here longer time. Fodd was very good and executive room is worth paying a little extra.

Definitely does not live up to standard.
Rooms in pretty bad shape, fixtures and fittings are falling apart
Hotel does not know how to manage big crowds... Breakfast hall is like a zoo and count yourself lucky if you manage to grab leftovers.

Although this hotel is conveniently located, standards are not as high as they should be and I would prefer to stay elsewhere in future,

Check in was a very slow process despite the number of staff.

The room could have done with a good clean. There were hairs in the bath, the pillow had black marks on it and the carpet needed a thorough steam clean. The bed was ok but quite hard.

It could actually be a decent hotel as the rooms are spacious and well equipped, it just needs more care & attention as well as the check in process reviewed to improve efficiency.

I stayed in the suite with my wife on 19/F.

My right to access the executive lounge was not recognised and was questioned when I accessed the area.

The reception was not able to locate my membership number when I checked in.

The hotel room did not give me comfort. It needs refurbishment and the design requires upgrading. The balcony view is partially blocked by the walls of adjacent room which I think nothing can be done. Also, toilet did not impressed me at all. The layout looks a bit awkward. Also the the shower area is too small.

During breakfast, I could see flies flying around. As for dinner, quality of food is in acceptable.
