What you would expect from an upscale hotel. Service and accommodation are 4 star. Room was large and clean with huge windows. Beds were western style; soft and comfy. Staff could speak English but not important for me. The restaurant looked very good but I do not eat in hotels, I sleep in them.

Not my first time staying in this hotel. Real easy for taxis to find this hotel and really easy to get one from here. Great buffet breakfast selection- Western as well as Oriental.

Warning: If you don't like hard beds, don't choose this hotel! And please ask them not to put you facing the swimming pool on the lower levels (1st & 2nd floor), gets a bit noisy when people are having meals outside by the pool. Aircon can be a little strong and you may end up feeling colder than being outside.

Room service food menu has good variety but can be a bit expensive. Based on google map, there is a convenience store nearby (just follow the back door, from the spa. Walk towards the university at the next lane). Snacks, drinks, and instant noodles are available. There is also a food vendor outside the convenience store selling fried rice noodles and soup stuff.

Room Tip: Opt for the higher levels. Avoid 1st floor & second if possible.

I stayed at this hotel for five days. The hotel is 5 min walk to the nearby metro (Qiaocheng East) so it's convenient for guest traveling to airport since the metro Green line goes directly there. Rooms at Executive floor are comfy enough but a bit small for a deluxe room. Another perk for that type of room is free minibar so you can drink as much as you want. They have very good lunch buffet (at least during our stay at Chinese New Year) with reasonable price. One big problem for non Chinese speaking guest is lack of English proficiency among the staffs. Concierge, receptionist, room service, waiters and waitresses, you name it..no one can speak English. So if you want to order something, or requesting service, you have to do it at least two times since your first request may not get to the right person! Even if it gets to the right person, he or she may not understand. However, they do try to accommodate us as much as they can. For example the female staff at the business center on the eve of Jan 29 had gone out of her way to help me with my scan. They also offer generous late check out time for us. The room rate here is also pretty reasonable. In the evening, the hotel has a Filipino band playing excellent English songs. One last thing, in the morning, it seems like people let their door slam pretty hard so they can easily walk you up with these loud noises.
