Since the Crowne Plaza across the street changed ownership, we started staying at the Westin, so decided to try the Grange. I usually save my steak night for HK on my way out. This trip, I wish I had.
Ceaser salad had either too much anchovy or really bad anchovy paste. Way too fishy. The angus ribeye was not marbled and flavorful as a ribeye should be, There was too much fat on the cut as well. Flavor of the steak was so-so. Baked potato was great and it's presentation awesome Skip the sauted mushrooms. They were really bland and mixed too much with Asian types of mushrooms.
Overall, for the price, this was pretty blah. Save your money and get a better experience at Morton's or even Ruth's Chris in HK
