During March of 2013, I lead a group of volunteers to Torres del Paine National Park (www.conservationvip.org). I needed to be in Punta Arenas for a few days before departing to the park with the volunteers, so I elected to stay here, with owners Sebastian and Marisol. I found the facility exactly as described. It met my expectations in every way--food was good and plentiful, the rooms were adequate, beds were comfortable, cleanliness was great, and the owners were just outstanding people-- a joy to visit with. Sebastian even drove me around town shopping for tools for our group! Heck, he even gave serious consideration to joining our expedition as a volunteer!
I intend to return in November with another volunteer group, and my B & B shopping is already done--I will be staying with Sebastian and Marisol again.
