A family-owned and operated restaurant in downtown Puerto Natales. You won't find this restaurant in the guide books or brochures at the local hotels - but it might be the BEST place to eat in this quaint Patagonian town.
Located just a block away from the main shopping area of town, La Burbuja serves traditional Chilean meals - everything from lomo (steak) to pescado ala plancha (fish) to tomato soup. Everything tastes fresh and cooked to perfection.
While you're ordering, make sure to drink the local beer - Cerveza Austral - Patagonian lager. It's a crisp, clean beer full of flavor.
They also have a wine list of some wonderful Chilean reds.
Our family of 9 walked into this restaurant on New Year's day because most of the other restaurants in town were closed for the holiday. It was the best decision we made that day. Loved every morsel.
