This excursion did not disappoint, comfortable journey in a boat for about 50 people. We were able to get right up close and not feel crowded. Totally worth the money, book in advance! Be prepared for cold blustery conditions. The staff professional and friendly. In general, they are doing a really good job in the Torres Del Paine park in general to keep the tourism impact on the natural setting under control and feeling like an intimate experience. I was a little worried that in the peak of visitor season that there would be hordes of people like one would see @ Yosemite for example.

Coming over John Gardner pass and seeing Glacier Grey is one experience I'll never forget. What is there more to say? It's huge, it's beautiful and stark. It's a whole 'lotta ice!

Really no words to describe the wonder. Luckily the weather cooperated and we got terrific photos. We did not actually hike on the ice, the organized events seemed a bit pricey.

Our walk crossing the beach to see the iridescent light blue colour icebergs.

Was very windy but well worth the effort

The views were stunning all the way to the Grey Glacier.

After visiting Perito Moreno I figured that this was going to be another boat trip to view yet another nice glacier. The trip up the lake was fascinating for the icebergs we passed along the way. The glacier was safe enough to pull the boat in close for a really nice view. The trip back was highlighted by the appearance of the sun on the snow capped mountains.
