Description: Matching the richness and beauty of the building itself will be that of the dishes emerging from Chef Laurent Pasqualetto´s kitchen, further connecting guests to the region´s terrior and heritage. Locally grown ingredients, such as Patagonian hare, lamb, southamerican king crab, white strawberries, rhubarb, seaweed and Patagonian honey will tempt palate as Chef Pasqualetto re-imagines traditional, regional recipes; fully respectful of the area´s culture and its rich byproducts. To perfectly complement the delectable dishes coming out of the kitchen, you will be able to choose from a variety of wines from each grape-growing valley of Chile.5 kilometres from Puerto Natales.

On the one hand, this place is amazing and about the last thing you'd expect to find here. The facility is unusual, impressive and at the same time very comfortable/relaxing place to dine. Service was superb and menu very interesting. Impressive presentation of food. Clear they have a huge investment and commitment in this restaurant.

HOWEVER, one of our party of four was badly poisoned...guess is bad cheese...and had to be treated by Chilean emergency services in Torres the next day...so all good feelings went away fast (excuse the pun!)

So....hard review to write...amazing place but the agony of one member of our party makes a good review difficult.

Outstanding kitchen. Great winelist. Very fine location. Truly an aweinspiring setting –– and very reasonably priced given the quality. Only caveat: Waiters need more experience. They were friendly but clueless.

You definitely have to taste the Guanaco meet. It is one of the only places where you´ll be able to find it in the region (it is provided from Tierra del Fuego by the same corporation that runs the Hotel).

Though it's common in Patagonia, to foreign palettes, the guanaco is spectacular. The hake, hare, congrio, ostiones, and everything on the menu is superb.

The quality of the menu and the dishes that they offer at The Singular beat everything else I had in the country. Rivals the best restaurants of NYC.
