We staying at Casa Lucy in November 2013 for 3 nights. It was in a great location close walk to town centre and bus station. Lucy was a great host she made us feel very welcome and we had a delicious breakfast each day. The room was large and very clean, It was the only place we stayed in South America that had a king size bed!

We recently spent four nights at Casa Lucy and cannot recommend it highly enough. Lucy and Marisol were efficient, friendly, informative and keen to offer any help to make our stay better. Before we arrived we had relied on Marisol to book and pay for our bus tickets from the airport in Punta Arenas and she and Lucy also recommended and booked our trips to Torres del Paine and O'Higgins National Park and, of course, our bus tickets back to Punta Arenas. When the printer at Casa Lucy was playing up, Marisol even printed out tickets for us at home for another excursion we would be taking in Punta Arenas.

Casa Lucy is in a quiet location very close to the centre of town so that everything is easily reached by foot and then there are, of course, those fixed price taxis for going any distance (or back to the bus station as road and pavement works made it hard to pull bags).

Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a large bathroom and everything provided to make our stay as good as possible. When we came back in the first day, another small chest had been placed in our room for the bag we had left on the floor. Everywhere in the house was spotlessly clean and ordered.

Breakfast was large with eggs cooked to order and cereal bars to take for the day's exertions and other extras like tea, coffee, were offered through the day. Lucy made us a large picnic lunch to take on one of our excursions, we just had to provide the drinks.

We laughed a great deal with Lucy over our poor Spanish skills, but had no real problems communicating with her, plus Marisol is well versed in on-line translation if necessary. This is a truly delightful place to stay.

We stayed at Casa Lucy both before and after leaving Torres del Paine National Park and found her hospitality and accommodations perfect! The small, family-oriented bed and breakfast (Lucy is assisted by her capable and kind daughters) provided a clean, friendly environment with an ample morning breakfast. They provided us with useful information about the town and local points of interest. Lucy stored some of our luggage while we were in the park which was a big help. The location of Casa Lucy is a 10 minute walk from the bus station in Puerto Natales and also centrally located in the town itself. We enjoyed our time staying with Lucy and highly recommend it!

Lucy was great and so was her B&B. The rooms were clean and spacious with good windows, great hot showers with good water pressure, and was a great place to stay as we prepped for our backpacking trip and such a treat to come back to afterward. Lucy even stored our extra luggage for us while we were in the park for seven days which was really helpful!

A pleasant welcome from Lucy and one of her daughters, neither of whom speak English, but luckily, one of us does speak Spanish, so no problems. This is a family run, clean and simple B&B. Parking is on the verge outside and parking on the street, which is quiet, would not be a problem for anyone. A brisk walk to the town square will take you about 15 minutes.

We were shown to room 1 upstairs. This was a very spacious room that is probably used as a family room. It had 3 single beds and a settee that we think converted into a bed. Toiletries were provided and the towels were soft and fluffy – hurrah! The Wi-Fi in the room was very good with a strong signal. A minor thing and only as a matter of personal taste but we did not like the patterned sheets. However, everything was spotlessly clean.

Lucy proved to be super helpful. We had been in touch before arrival to ask if she would arrange two trips for us. This had been done so all was explained to us and we were set up for our tours. The trips went off without a hitch. When we found out that on the first trip that we needed a packed lunch, Lucy provided us with the wherewithal to make sandwiches plus other goodies to take with us. We also required some much needed laundry doing, but with our trips did not have the time so Lucy took our washing to the local Lavanderia – now that is service.

Breakfast was pretty good with eggs made to order and your own personal toaster on the table. There was bread, jams, cheese, cereal bars, juice, coffee (Nescafe) & cake, so plenty to set you up for the day.

The draw at this B&B is definitely Lucy and her daughters (Marisol does speak a little English). They are really lovely, warm and friendly and super helpful. If we return to this part of the world, we would happily stay here once again.

Gracias, Lucy. Lo pasamos muy, muy bien en su casa y llevamos bonitos recuerdos de nuestro tiempo en Puerto Natales. Os deseamos mucha suerte con el negocio.
