“a perfect stay”

I had a great time. Even I arrived one day later as expected, because of a delay with Navimag Ferry, Susan didn't charge me for the empty bed. I could stay for two nights and should have stayed longer. Puntas Arenas is not half as nice as Puerto Natales. The bed and the duvet, how comfy. Everything was clean and new, because it's the first season. The breakfast is really good. Only in Valparaiso it was better because of fresh fruits. Everybody, who works there, knows all the important things, what to do, where to go and is very friendly. It doesn't matter at all, that this hostel is a bit away from the centre, because Puerto Natales is not a huge town. Hope, I can return one day.

Susan took such good care of us that we were dreaming about our return 'home' to the hostel during our trek through Torres Del Paine. The best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Stayed in Susan's hostel twice - just before and just after our trek in Torres del Paine national park. Susan gave brilliant information on the walks and also recommended us to go and listen the three o'clock talk at erratic rock base camp.

Nice and comfortable hostel with a GREAT breakfast. I wish I could have Susan's breakfast every day of my travels =)

Highly recommend the hostel!

We stayed for two nights. One before we left for our hike in Torres Del Paine and one when we got back. Best nights sleep we've had in a long time. Owner was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was incredible and not to be missed.

We had a great time in this hostel. The breakfast is fantastic and Susan the owner is so helpful. It is not a party hostel so was lovely and quiet and relaxing.

This is the cleanest place we have stayed in so far and the beds are really comfortable. The only down side is that there are no private rooms, however this was not a problem for us.

We were stranded here until a few days ago due to the strikes in Puerto Natales and Susan helped get us out of the town, which meant she risked getting into trouble with the protesters, but she did it anyway. She cooked for us in case the shops ran low on food, and made numerous calls for us, in fact she could not have done more for the house full of stranded guests she had.

Even though we were in the thick of the strikes in the town, The Singing Lamb hostel made up for it. Thanks Susan!

I would highly recommend this place for those who want a rest before and after they visit the Torres Del Paine park.
