Description: Inspired by the natural beauty of Patagonia and the strong craft ales of California, Baguales embodies two worlds in one glass. Brewed in a true "artisanal" style per the strict Reinheitzgebot Purity Law, our unfiltered and unpasteurized ales are brewed with local malted barley, hops imported from the Pacific Northwest, yeast, and some of the best water on the planet. This strong and natural ale, worthy of the wild surroundings that inspired its creation, soon caught on and was the first true draft beer offered throughout Torres del Paine National Park.

Excellent beer on draft, getting close to a British ale. However we waited over 1hr for 2 burgers which came out with cold chips and warm burgers. We should have returned the food but we were starving and didn't want the order to get lost again.

A nice brewpub atmosphere attracting backpackers, families and everyone in between. Free Wifi was a huge plus but the mild food poisoning one of us got from a salad was a big negative. The french fries are good, the beer is OK (not our favorite but definitely not bad). Service is a bit slow. The other food options were fine but nothing amazing. A good place for a quick drink.

it's not exactly typical local food, but the beer brewed there (if they haven't run out!) is excellent and the burgers are delicious too. Great atmosphere in the evenings

Had a jug of the rubia draught with a chicken dish that I forget the name of. Both were delish and the staff were friendly.

While out on a walk through the lovely city of Puerto Natalas the end of December 2012 (everyone should visit this city!), we happened by Baguales. My husband and I love to enjoy the local beer so in we went and this didn't disappoint. Met the manager's new fiancee (she's from Michigan, wish I could remember her name!). She gave us the history of the place and of how she ended up at the end of the earth! Visit Patagonia and make sure you stop at this brewery. Food, fellowship and fun await you, plus some darn good beer.
