The IF Patagonia hotel is nice situated and from some rooms you can also see the lake!
The room is a bit small if you have bigger suitcases. However, the room itself as well as the bathroom offers everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good - they offer also different dishes with egg. Next to the hotel is the Santolla restaurant - they belong together and you get a 10% discount. Food is delicious there!

We stayed here before heading to hike in Torres Del Paine. Good location; very close to the center of town. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was solid. I had to call our airline and the girl at the front desk was happy to assist. I don't think people are typically looking for anything too special in Puerto Natales, but this place is great for what it is. Would definitely stay here again.

Also, the restaurant next door was pretty good. It basically looked like it was in a shipping crate. I think it is affiliated with Hotel If.

I can attest Maria, the owner of IF Hotel, is a wonderful host who took very good care of her guests. After missing our flight from Santiago, we had to cancel our booking with IF within 24 hours. Maria not only waived our hotel charge, but also offered us free breakfast and a place to rest and store our luggage when we arrived the next morning. Her kindness has helped us relieve our already stressed travel, and her hotel provided our tired bodies a refuge for a couple of hours before our bus to Torres del Paine. I’m certain her guests will have a very good stay here because Maria and her staff will do their best to help.

I would have probably have given this Good rather than Very Good. We stayed here two nights and found the hotel was well located in relation to the town as it was quiet but close enough to walk to everything (no casino noise but it was early in the week). Staff varied between very helpful and not very. The public rooms are modern and stylish but the bedrooms, although comfortable, we couldn't believe how small and rather basic they were for what we paid - more on a par with a Travel Lodge, with no aircon so it was too hot. Breakfast was ok. We were looking forward to the sauna but when we saw they were in sheds outside we went off the idea. Overall I think it was overpriced for what it was.

The room was unbearably hot. We had to prop the door open as well as the top deck door to get some airflow in as our room had no AC. Shame really as the hotel was quite nicely done. A little pricey for what it is but Patagonia in Summer is like that. Really nice view from the deck at the top...
