Rodrigo is the reason to stay here. He's wonderful (as many other reviewers have pointed out) and will help with anything you need. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, but several are fairly small. A few have nice views of the lake and mountains. Breakfast is simple but ample - toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, ham, cheese, cake. Eggs if you'd like them. Gloria makes her own delicious jams.
Rodrigo and Gloria do speak English but prefer Spanish (I can't blame them, I wish I spoke much better Spanish - my fault).
The location is fantastic - close to the main plaza. The town is small and easily walkable. Everything is close by (there's a great laundry place nearby that will deliver your freshly cleaned clothes back to Keoken, though it's not cheap). Definitely make a reservation at Afrigonia for dinner - it's one of the best restaurants of our 3 weeks in Patagonia. E Living is a wonderful place for lunch.
A few downsides:
- Some rooms are small and you may hear your neighbors coming/going or talking/walking above or next to you. We brought earplugs and it wasn't a problem.
- Rodrigo will gladly arrange buses and other things for you but will charge $3,000 CLP (about $6 USD) per ticket. This was fine for longer trips but for the short one from Punta Arenas (which was only $5,000 CLP to begin with), it seemed excessive (a >50% increase in the price). That said, it may be completely worth it - I just wish he'd told us that up front.
- The showers were on the small side and the water pressure and temperature varied quite a bit.

Overall, it was a solid choice and we'd recommend it.

Location is great; we walked from the Navimag dock to the house in about 10 minutes. They are located away from the main street and town square on a quiet street. Rodrigo and Gloria are friendly, helpful and have created a homey environment for their guests. They work hard and it pays off. Breakfast was abundant (they have peanut butter!) and Rodrigo asked us what time we wanted breakfast every day. Rodrigo recommended how to navigate Torres del Paine in 1 day and also helped me with a car rental. We spoke in English and in Spanish; his kids speak advanced English as well. This is THE place to stay in Puerto Natales!

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 in one room and 1 in another; the price was the same, although the 2nd room was smaller). The hosts are very friednly and like to chat, and inform you about things. They can book you the bus journey from Punto Arenas airport to Puerto Natales, if you want, for a fee. Breakfast was good and plentiful. WiFi didn´t work , at least for our laptop. You can reach the bus stations in 10 mins, walking.

My husband and I stayed at Keoken in December 2012. We arrived late and were on a tight schedule of getting to Torres Del Paine the next day. Gloria and Rodrigo booked our coach tickets and gave great advice for booking our coach back to Punta Arenas. The B&B is clean, comfortable, quiet and there's a nice breakfast. Their help made our trip much easier and more enjoyable!

We spent three night at Keoken and can truly say that this was the highlight of our two months on the road. We were fortunate to meet some of the family and were very impressed by their genuine warmth and willingness to help when needed. When we left we both felt that we were leaving our "family" behind. Rodrigo was instrumental in booking all our activities while we were in Puerto Natales. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the bathroom was immaculately clean. Rodrigo even looked after our Landcruiser while we spent time in TDP. The breakfast cooked by Rodrigo was tasty and was enough for the TDP.... I will return just to meet the family again......

We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this place after our trekking in TDP. Rodrigo and Gloria are very sweet and make you feel happy to be there.

Rodrigo was very helpful with booking bus tickets to/from TDP etc. after we were delayed and our schedule was thrown off. Without them we would not have got the full Torres del Paine eperience.

Stay here if you can.
