beds were confy, the bathroom was clean, but the shower had some problem with flooding. Owners were good, explained about torres del paine, rented us some equipment, and we left our baggages there for 4days we were out in torres del paine. Perfect breakfast, free pc with net.

We loved this place. We ended up staying 4 nights, one before going to the NP and 3 afterwards (due to the refugio we had booked being closed after the fire). It was warm, in fact, the heating is on overnight and we had to turn the radiator off, there's a good kitchen and a comfortable seating area. It provided everything we needed to relax and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very cosy hostel, with very friendly and helpul young staff. We stayed there in the way to Torres del Paine, where we did the W trekking. You have the possibility to leave there the luggage you don't need during the trekking, what is really helpful. They provide also practical information about Torres del Paine. You can even purchase bus tickets to the park there. The hostel is very well located, near most of the shops and restaurants of Puerto Natales. And only 5 min. By foot from the bus stop of buses coming from El Calafate.
The breakfast is very complete: with tea or coffee, yogurts, toasts, cereals, eggs, etc.

Room Tip: Shared dormitories are for 4 people, usually with bunk beds, and are a bit too small in case that a...

I did not enjoy my stay here, although it was pretty cheap, so I would consider it value for money. I had a private room which was quite spacious. However, there were small gaps between the window frame allowing a small breeze to come through. I noticed the same in the kitchen. Staff were very friendly.

The drains in the showers were quite blocked up and after having the shower on for only 2-3 mins I was standing in 3 inches of water that took a long time to drain. The other showere also had inches of water in it.

Very convenient location and easy to find.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights while in Puerto Natales. The staff was very warm and friendly and the interior of the place was very inviting. Great breakfast. They even offered to make us breakfast long after the official breakfast hours had ended. Very warm vibes, we felt like we were staying with family. The rooms are quite rustic adding to the charm of the place. There are a few issues with the facilities though. At one point while I was reading in the common area, a hole in the ceiling opened up and produced a downpour of water, probably from a busted pipe. The staff handled the problem quickly, but it was a bit alarming; it also made me chuckle a bit with amusement. The water pressure in the showers is not great, but passable. The walls are paper thin, bring earplugs. The rooms were cleaned once a day (vacuumed, empty trash, clean bathroom, etc.) on par with any decent hotel. However, it is worth mentioning that for some unexplained reason, our room smelled like cat pee. Don't ask me why, it just did. One night it was so bad we had to sleep with the window open. It was weird. In summation, it was a great place to stay and we felt very much at home, they just have a few maintenance issues to work out... mainly the cat pee.

I stayed in the only double in this hostel for 2 nights. The lady owner was very helpful with questions on Torres del Paine and travel connections. The hostel is positioned as an ecohostel; it is cosy with wooden interior and nicely furnished.

Breakfast was good; toasts, cereals, eggs, yoghurt, tea and coffee. Wifi was good.

My main issues were the water problems and noises. There was a problem with cold water piping to the basin tap so there was only hot water. The shower had a leaky head that the water pressure was not how it should be. Then there were the noises. I could hear voices from the living room and people walking around the dorms upstairs, from 615am to midnight.

I would like the hostel more if they resolve their plumbing issues.
