We spent four nights here at the end of our trip. The hotel is some distance from Puerto Natales and took me about 50 minutes to walk there one morning. One taxi driver did not know where the hotel was. However, it has beautiful views and is very peaceful.
The design is modern - lots of timber, polished concrete floors and enormous glass windows that highlight the views.
The rooms have a very comfortable bed - lots of different pillows. My only suggestion is they provide lighter cotton blanket in summer as we found the doona was too hot.
Breakfast is very nice - lovely range of food and they cook eggs to order. We ate dinner there on tonights -it was good and they had very nice wines availably the glass. We enjoyed the salad, the crab cake (really crab gratin),the salmon and quinoa, apple crumble. You also get empanadas as an appetiser which were the best we had in Patagonia.
Staff are helpful and answered questions before we arrived.
All in all, a lovely and very relaxing little hotel.More
