It was only one night that we stayed here, but still: we expected a little bit more of a 4-star hotel of such a big chain as Radisson is. It was a good bed and the room was spacious, bathroom good and a refrigerator was present. So the basic, important things were well taken care of. But mostly the little things make a stay special or disappointing. The hotelstaff did not speak English very well, the keycard did not function up to three times so an employee had to open our hoteldoor, no choice of the welcomedrink, our view was on the ocean but also on roofs and a storage area, we could not open a window. And we never before had to sign a bill for breakfast, very strange... Small things would you say and you are right. But this is a 4-star hotel!

As you can expect in a Radisson: big room, clean and no frills. The airco was a bit noisy but you could open a small window and hear the sea and the gulls.
Big bathroom, also clean.
We have not tried the pool area was not large but it looked nice.

The staff in the restaurant was friendly and the food they offered was not bad.

Breakfast buffet was a bit above standard.

Room Tip: Chose the seaside

Great sea view room, 6th floor, 2 double beds (they call them king, but they are not US-sized kings). Perfectly comfortable. Pool. Good Restaurant (though they mistakenly charged 48000 pesos instead of 4800 for one of our drinks... beware). Note that sea view on Saturday night is a bit noisy (music). Waves and birds also heard (that's ok!)

Room Tip: Ask for upper floor sea view. Easy to travel with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Scheduled to stay 3 nights but left after 2. First room was on street side. Asked to be moved and was charged a slightly higher price but worth it for good night of sleep. Buffet breakfast is best described as below average. No croissants, eggs like soup. At dinner in Brick, salmon was fantastic. Light bulb burned out in room so I removed laid it on counter and was ignored by housekeeping.

Room Tip: Do not stay on street side, very noisy. Sea side cost a little more but worth a good night sleep.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was perfectly clean and we were provided with a sea view at no extra cost. We even had chocolates delivered courtesy of the hotel a short while after arriving. The hotel food wasn't as good as the rooms. The staff were also very friendly, efficient and welcoming.

Overall, a great visit and worth the extra money.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view - these not only have the view but are on the quieter side of what can sometimes be a busy road.
