stunning place to stay, The beds were a little hard but all in all a magical place to visit. The staff were very helpful and so friendly despite a lot of them not speaking English they found a way to help when needed. I would 100% stay here again. .

Stayed here as part of our Gate 1 tour package. Room and Baths were small compared to other hotels during our trip. Very nice breakfast buffet. Lovely outdoor dining area. About 7-8 minutes tuk tuk ride from market and pub areas. Very nice staff.

It’s a nice place to stay for a day. It’s a “bus tour hotel” stayed for 3nights and 4days. Something is wrong with their sewer, the smell is not nice specially in the afternoon and evening 🤢🤢🤢. A farewell stress from the reception desk informing us that we still owed money. After I informed her that all bills have been payed previously, she asked for a copy of the receipt which was packed in my locked suitcase. Have to pull the lock and take out many things to get to it. Still took several minutes until they admitted their mistakes. Unnecessary stress and bad customer service.

We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing some cause with the smell as well as the misunderstanding of the settlement process upon checking out.
- “Smell” during your stay we didn’t receive any information regarding this matter until you wrote in here. Our maintenance engineer always maintains daily reports of Legionella Prevention Controls as well as the sewer. I will investigate and quick action check on this matter with our housekeeping team.
- “Settlement” we thrilly apologize for this case that happened during our system error and public internet cut-off. We will brief our staff again with the manual task regarding this matter and avoid this case happening again.

Stayed here three nights. Big spacious well equipped rooms, great food at reasonable prices. A little out of town but tuk tuks are inexpensive. Breakfast plentiful but could be warmer. The pool area and outside dining are great areas. Well worth a visit

Great location for my destination in Siemreap.
The room was nice and clean, and they surprised me for my anniversary with a room setup and a small cake upon check-in. Good choice and tasty breakfast with the option of tarrace dining.
The staff is also friendly and helpful.
I recommend it and will stay there again while at Siemreap.
