This hotel certainly has a great location (right in the heart of Siem Reap) and was good value for money. We had free wi-fi, free bottles of water and a good breakfast provided. The staff also are great at arranging reasonable and reliable tuk tuk drivers for day trips out to the Angkor temples. It wasn't a perfect stay though. There is a small swimming pool but it's not enjoyable as it's surrounded by scaffolding and noisy builders. Any requests (for toilet paper, clean towels, etc.) took hours to resolve or were sometimes just not done at all. You need a bit of patience to enjoy your stay here.

Arrived but the room was smaller than reserved,
asked why the manager said he had lost our mail,
asked for discount or one more room but get a reply: that's what we have, if you dont want to stay, just leave!
Ask for speaking with the owner, he said he is the boss there and anyway the owner does not want to speak to us!
This terrible manager's name is Lao Chanan, we will never forget in our life, the young who has not at all service sprit.
The conversation with him has almost crammed our holiday, because with two children 6 baggages on 30th decembre, it's really not what we could expect! Fortunately, we found another hotel more clean less expensive with bigger rooms and better service.

Objectively saying, the swimming pool is very small with construction beside, dusty & noisy. Rooms are small & filled up with beds then no space for baggages and moving, are equipped with most basic furnitures, with bedding & towel old/worn-out, even the shower is terribly blocked, the breakfast is too small even for children. We get to know after fm our friends that they had an elder good manager two years before and they have had their room at $15 instead $30, after all, the price has rised but not their service and equipment.

Room Tip: all rooms are filled up with cheap old beds and equipment, there is no good one.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 teenagers, had a lovely stay (5 nights) , my fussy husband 'couldnt fault them' and the teens were very happy with their room and facilities. Wi fi, computers to use in reception, very welcome pool, massages were lovely and when my son wanted to borrow a bike for a cycle round the town the hotel were immediately helpful, had some available (no charge) and made an effort to make sure he got the right size.
Breakfasts (included) were delicious - my daughter had pancakes & syrup every day, we had scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, lovely bread etc. Mr Tiger our Tuk Tuk driver was a big favourite with all the family - he always had chilled water for us.
All the Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. good central location.
Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived at the airport (Mr Tiger picked us up and gave us water) and got to the hotel (lemongrass drink on arrival, iced towels and friendly welcome) to the moment we left - when we were waved away at the gate with a blessing - though it was only at 5 am !

THANK YOU TANEI you made us feel very special X X X

Room Tip: we stayed on the ground floor - was perfect for us

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I would highly recommend it!
The tuk tuk driver of the hotel that met me at the airport (was included in room rate)was super nice, friendly and professional.
Upon arrival the front desk staff was very quick, nice and helpful. Overall work of the staff I could describe as excellent and very professional.
Regarding room,it was clean, big, but bed sheets was a little bit old and grey
Breakfast was a'la carte with about 6 different options and was very good
The territory of the hotel is green and well kept
The only thing I didn't like that they have construction of new building on the territory right near pool area that brings some noice during day and a lot of dust at the swimming pool area that makes impossible to use the pool:(
I think they should have some info about it on the web site as it realy ruined my plan to relax near pool during the hottest day hours:((

The location of the hotel is like 5 min walking to pub street and night market but the street is kind of scary at night..

A part of that I would recommend this hotel and would stay again when they finish building works

Very friendly and helpful staff. Airport pick-up and drop-off included. Clean rooms, reasonable free wifi, mega channel TV. Good breakfast included in price. Great location, easy walk to the centre of Siem Reap. Staff organized tours/guide/tuk-tuk - all reasonable priced. Very good value for money - highly recommended.
