We stayed here 4 nights and we were SO pleased we chose this hotel. Location is amazing! Right near the city centre, close to pub street, markets etc, just a minutes walk but tucked away - you wouldn't even know how close you are when you are in the confines of the hotel.

The hotel itself is quaint, beautifully finished, the rooms are cosy, clean, and luxurious for the price! Bed was comfy, you get a robe and slippers and all the mod cons of a 4 to 5 star hotel!

The pool area is beautiful! You definitely appreciate a pool in the Cambodian heat!

Food was great as was the selection at breakfast, the fruit was GREAT.

I would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend this as the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap!

This is a lovely colonial hotel. Old world feel. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome as you came in and out. Breakfast was part of our package and was good. Lovely omeletes. We all spent plenty of time in the pool and although small was loads of fun. Would like to see more deckchairs around the pool. Most times there were not enough chairs to accommodate everyone. Location of the hotel was great. Close to all the action. Don't forget the laundry shop over the road. Fantastic Mexican Restaurant (bright orange) up the road that serves the "best" shaken margaritas, and lovely mexican food. This restaurant was a daily favourite.
Communication with desk staff was a bit of a problem. Language barrier bit of a problem, but it was a bit annoying at times, especially our final payment at the desk.
Location just perfect for markets, and temple visits. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Room Tip: We were in the hotel with the swimming pool. I don't think it would matter what floor you were o...

Great value. Blocks from Pub street. Big clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent saltwater pool.

Room Tip: Book on line. We paid $35 per night, but the advertised price is $85.

Great place to stay! We were impressed with pretty much everything... The staff were very helpful and organized temple tour guides and tuk tuks for us. The buffet breakfast was great, I even enjoyed the coffee (a hard task, as I'm a coffee snob generally!). The eggs cooked as you like on the spot were yummy! They even organiser a breakfast-to-go pack for us when we did a sunrise temple tour... We were in a great location, close to pub street and with plenty of interesting streets to walk around. We stayed in a family suite with our 2 children (5 and 7) and had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space! The pool area was lovely too, although it was across the road in the other part of the hotel, as was the restaurant for breakfast...

Unbeatable location in a quite tree lined corner but steps to pub street which has loads of nice restarurants. Walking distance to night market and Tuk Tuks are steps away.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and colonial style. The towels in room are grey, old looking and need replacement. I read this other reviews and experienced it myself. Not sure if he hotel management intends to replace towels so I suggest you carry your own towels.

While booking ask for the "new hotel" . Hotel has 2 buildings . Pool and breakfast and breakfast are in the new building. If you are allocated a room in the old building you will need to cross street to get to pool and breakfast.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel. Carry your own towels and ask for room in new building.

Room Tip: Ask for room in new building.

A nice clean hotel, breakfast good buffet style. Rooms very clean nice white sheets but towels a bit grey. The location is great with lots of places to eat. This appears to be a no smoking hotel so that might matter to some. Pool area very nice and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Pay a little extra and get a delux room or you might be faced with a wall when you open the shutters...
