“Upgraded our rooms to a bungalow resort!”
Reviewed April 23, 2013

We were a group of 4 and we decided to book this hotel from the good reviews of tripadvisor. The hotel upgraded our room to a 2-bedroom bungalow resort with no additional charge! We were delighted with this offer as the bungalow resort was next to to large pool and we had our 'private' space.

The service was excellent and the hotel's breakfast buffet may needs some improvement nevertheless it's still served a good spread.

The staffs were friendly and we like the large pool where there is a bar counter next to it which serves affordable cocktails and beers! The hotel may be located a little distance away from the city central however you may catch a scheduled free shuttle rides from the hotel. Simply go to the counter and they will make the necessary transport arrangement for you.

Hope you enjoy Cambodia like we did!

My partner and I stayed here in March whilst we were travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were always friendly. From the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was amazing. We recieived a cold towel and cold bottle of water as we got into the car. I would recommend this hotel to both couples and families.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of a pool and with a balcony so you can sit out and enjoy the sun and the...

My wife and I spent 10 nights at the Royal Angkor Resort and had a fabulous time. We have travelled extensively around South East Asia over the past 15 years and found the resort to be as good as any other 4 star resort we have stayed in. There is a fabulous 50 metre swimming pool, with a nice pool bar. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was well serviced and clean and well stocked with a very comfortable king bed though some of the facilities in the room were a little dated such as the old TV though there were 60 channels to chose from, no ipod or DVD facilities but does have free wifi. Excellent restaurant that was very good value for money. Also needs to have more information on hand as to tours such as what to see and where to book then. Overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: Pool view rooms have the best outlook.

I would really recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap. Everything was done to make our stay as comfortable as could be. The staff are amazing, so helpful and caring. Our room was fantastic, which included a big spa bath. So many choices for breakfast, all very fresh. Beautiful pool and great spa. The Manager was always there checking if everything was ok.
This hotel did what every hotel should be doing. Could go on and on....it was just perfect.

Room Tip: Just ask for what you want, if it is possible the hotel will try their best to accommodate.

Stayed here as part of a package with Riviera Travel in April 2013. A first class hotel with very friendly staff and a hands on Manager who is dedicated to the welfare of his guests. The food is very good and if you need to relax after a hard day then they have probably the best pool in Siem Reap. Its only a 3 dollar ride on a tut tut into the centre of siem reap or you could use the hotels courtesy bus which runs every 2 hours for free. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: No problem with any rooms.

We were greeted by the manager and throughout our stay he was around, making sure everything was O.K. A fantastic pool, happy hour lasted two hours, breakfast was very good - they even made me pancakes especially one morning - nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent, with free wi fi, the restaurant food was good, although our meals didn't all arrive at the same time. The manager was even there to wave goodbye to us. I would certainly recommend anyone to go there.

Our family stayed here for four nights at a base for visiting the temples and Siem Reap. We had two rooms on the fourth floor overlooking the pool.
The service and welcome from the staff were always friendly and efficient.
The rooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean. Some of the facilities in the room felt a little dated like the old TV, light controls, lack of iPod dock etc. The bed sidelighting in our room was also very poor for reading.
We had breakfast included in our room rate. The breakfast was average for this type of hotel and limited selection if you are staying for more than a couple of nights.
The hotel feels set up for tour groups but was still fine for our stay. We made good use of the beautiful pool and the spa which were very quiet during the day when the tour groups are out.
The hotel is about a five minute trip out of the town centre. The hotel has a shuttle bus running every two hours which is very good. Otherwise catching a Tuk Tuk taxi is very easy. We paid $3 each way.
