Ruins, mostly intact to still echo the past. Amazing giant trees growing in the structure with roots imbedded in the stone building, man and nature sharing the structure.

One of my favorite monuments in Cambodia I enjoy visiting every time I am in Cambodia. While the smiley faces from above captivate the tourists, I equally love the carving of every life on the walls.

My favorite of all the temples....peaceful, serene, not as crowded. It gets hot though so go in the morning.

Not as big as Angkor Wat but still a temple worth seeing. Temple is more knocked about then others, but has an interesting quality with the trees growing through ruins.

Although I came to Siem Reip for Angkor Wat, I really liked this temple better. I really liked all the images of the Buddha and the interesting carvings. It was as also a more compact, and thus less tiring, site. It is definitely worth getting the 3 day temple pass so you can see Some of the other temples, such as Banteay Srei and Ta Proum and Banyon.
