Like most of our days at the temples we had a late morning start however this was to our advantage as by mid afternoon the temples are quieter and the hawkers have gone for a rest.
So much so apart from another half dozen or so people wandering around our family got separated and I had a peaceful 10 minutes alone going around and around as the upper level can be quite disorientating.

Thank Roger G

Went there and amazed with the architecture and felt proud that I am able to visit here before reaching 25 years old. Nice place, however, the cambodian gov or the NGO's involved in conservating this beautiful place must create a time limit and tourist limit to enter this temple. Did you guys know that constant foot step and human body weight do effect the structure of the building? Thus, allowing people with no limit to enter the temple at certain time must be avoided to save this place from any negative impact.

the temple complex was crowded (as expected) but the guide arranged for time alone and time to find a niche space to relfect.
this a once in a lifetime place to come and it is definitely something that is as awesome as the Taj, Great Wall or the Burobudor.

The Bayon temple was absolutely amazing, the face carvings were out of this world, of all the temples we visited, this was my favourite. Definitely not one to be missed.
