This hotel is amazing! Walking from reception to our room we hoped our room would be as equally beautiful and it was! The room was quite big and romantic. The location was fantastic, few minutes walk to the main part of town and thankfully far enough from pub street that we didn't hear any noise at night. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have to say staff and grounds the best however.... large rooms and unique; No hot water for 2days in shower; No phone in room so you have to go to reception if you need anything. Easy walk to markets. TV old and reception and colour appalling. Very welcoming and polite staff but not enough to say I would return or recommend.

My wife and I ate here on our last night in SR and we wish we had found it earlier. It was quite quiet, but the setting of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff and the standard of the food was way far and beyond anything else we had found in SR. We had noodle soup which was wonderful followed by various Khmer dishes which were all very good. The staff were attentive and amusing. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the Bopha Angkor. The rooms, the gorgeous garden, the pool and the restaurant all in Khmer style are perfect and relaxing. The position by the river a few minutes walk into town is exactly right. We had no problem with noise and felt it to be an oasis of calm whenever we returned. Service was attentive and quick. Everyone was lovely and trying so hard to be sure we had everything as we needed it. I would love to go back there and spend longer. I cant really see any hotel in Siem Reap that had a similar peaceful location and beautifully designed garden etc. Also we really enjoyed the restaurant. The prices were just right. And we often ended up feeling we had the best place in Siem Reap for eating.

The hotel is surrounded by well maintained lush gardens providing cooling shade which is most welcome in Siem Reap. Situated just across the river 5 minutes walk from the busy pub and market streets it is a peaceful haven after a tiring day spent exploring the local sights.
Our room furnished in Cambodian style had all of the amenities that you could want a well stocked fridge tea and coffee making facilities as well as air con and a fan. Our bathroom was spacious with a great large shower and plenty of hot water.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food served in the restaurant was amongst the best that we sampled in Siem Reap.

The pool was spotless and surrounded by shady spots and loungers and was a welcoming respite from the heat of the day.

This hotel has lots of charm and plenty to cater for the discerning guest with a great location we were sorry that we had to leave it behind.
