“A meaningful trip”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Drop by the landmine museum to get a better understanding of the landmine situation in Cambodia. Entrance is $3, and it is along the way to Bantaey Srei! So do drop and spend about half - 1 hour in this place for an educational excursion!

“Worth a visit! Buy souveniers here as it helps charity!”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Aki Ra's story is inspiring - a movie about him should be made as his story is amazing. Its not all about landmines at this museum - he has an orphanage out back and has collected many weapons of distruction that fell to Cambodia during the conflicts of last century. Chinese, American and Russian made bombs as well as countless landmines. You'll appreciate the story when you go see for yourself. If you visit Banteay Srei, tell your driver to stop here on the way back to Siem Reap.

“So informative - well worth a visit”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

We were very impressed with this small, but very informative museum. It really made us appreciate the great work that has been done in clearing land mines and the damage these mines have caused

“please go there”
Reviewed September 21, 2012

This place is not just for sight seeing. You see this museum on your way to Bantaey Srei temple and a 30 mins stop here would help you to understand the tough time of people in the past and their on going fights with the land mines. By buying a pass and getting into the museum you are actually supporting few children who lost their normal childhood due to land mines.

“Worth a Visit”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

We almost didn't make it over to this small-ish museum, but it was truly worth our time. This was a somber yet terrifying reminder of Cambodia's past (and present). This organization is still working hard to prevent horrendous injuries and casualties. You can help.
