We stayed for 4 nights and we love the hotel and the staff. We were picked up from the airport on arrival and the hotel also provides a lot of useful tips and advice on tours.Room is spacious and cleaned eveyday. Breakfast is excellent too. The hotel is abt 15 min away fr town but they provide free tuk-tuk service. There is a fresh fruit market just next to the hotel .
We would like to take this opportuniity to say thank you to Mr.Meng and his wonderful staffs who had been so kind and helpful throughout our stay in the hotel. Keep up the good job and you'll definitely see us again soon. Cheers !

We spent 2 nights in this hotel.Enjoyed staying here. Mr Meng the owner ,,Mr kaka and his other staff were very friendly and were very helpful. They arranged Mekong Express bus to Phnom Penh. I will recommend Mekong express bus.We paid US 11.

The room was big and really clean. Excellant ,i say for the price we paid. They provide two mineral water bottles everyday..Can make hot drinks in the room. There is a hair dryer too.

The breakfast was very nice. Can try local and western also.

Location: There is a market next to this hotel. Can buy many types of fruits at a reasonable price.15 minutes fr old market. They provide free TUK TUK service to town.

Mr Meng ,the owner provided us a lot of informations. He is very friendly and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back with our family.

We have spent 5 nights in this hotel and it has been a very good stay.
The most important reason to be satisfied with them is because of their staff, is a young staff but very profesional and eficient ones. We have contract the tuk-tuk transport to Angkor Wat with them and it's the cheapest one we found it, 12$ for the small tour and 15$ for the big one, and very professional too. The guys from the hotel have prepared all the routes and everymorning they explain us during the brreakfast what we will gonna go.
The breakfast is good, you can choose different options for breakfast, we also rent bikes with them to go to Angkor, and they have a free tuk-tuk everynight to go to the city centre, night market, or wherever you want to go, even to come back to the hotel, all them free.
Maybe the only point to consider as negative one, is the location. Is quite far from the old market and the city center, maybe 20-30 minutes walking, but it doesn't matter because you get the free tuk-tuk to go there.
I really recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.

Booked 4 nights at this gem of a hotel. We've been paying an average of $25-30 for our hotel rooms in Vietnam but this is our best stay yet.

When we finally arrived after an 5 hr arduous bus ride, nothing beats seeing your name and promptly picked up by your hotel.

When we first walked into the hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by the lobby and our host - the lobby is not air-conditioned.

The service at the hotel has been impeccable since.
The hotel offers a free tuk tuk pick up from your bus shelter, airport...etc and free tuk tuk into the old market area for dinner/shopping.

I had asked for 4 pillows in our room and lo and behold, we had 4. Our room is large and cozy, with a HUGE bathroom and lots of room to lay our belongings. Very impressed at the $22 per night we paid for the hotel.

Breakfast is marginal...but enough to start up the day. Breakfast is not limited by here's what we get everyday...

Banana pancakes, fried rice, bread and 2 eggs, fruit shakes, coffee/tea, fruit platter.

The location is close to Angkor Wat and to a market next door that sells tons of fruit. We get our water there too for about 2000-1500 riel per bottle.

If you are on a tight budget and planning to visit Angkor Wat, just remember that lunch/dinner in Angkor Wat is going to be expensive. $5 for an average dish. $2-3 for a pop. Whereas, you can get $2 for an average dish in the Old Market area and $0.50 for a fruit shake. Do a take out and viola, you'll have lunch under a shaded area outside the temple and take in the historical sites while eating. (Just watch out for those pesky red army ants)

Basically, would stay here again...love how much sleep I'm getting! Yay!

right from the first emails that are answered to the time you leave the hotel, all the staff are wonderful.Mr.Meng the owner and the rest esp. Sam Di and the tuk tuk driver-Kim make you feel like very welcome. The room was large, good AC, bathroom, slippers, tooth brush and paste, a very nice bed, complimentary water bottles.
Though the hotel is a little away from town, the tuk tuk will drop you to the old market if you need. The ride back is a dollar or so.The internet works very well (a code is given to you) Breakfast was very nice. The tuk tuk driver picked me up at the airport for free and spoke very good English which was great. He also dropped me at the various temples and sites and gave me a lot of information during my stay for a reasonable fee. He also advised me about the restaurant in the old market area that served the local cuisine- amok curry and lok lak with rice- delicious.Very knowledgeable and decent chap. Mr.Meng even allowed me to use the shower after I checked out just before I went to the airport after a hot days sightseeing.- truly wonderful hospitality.

Superb service from the staff! They upgraded our room when we arrived. The hotel provides free touk-touk service from the airport, during your stay and return to the airport - a wonderful bonus. Free breakfast was also provided with the room rate. Prices in the restaurant are comparable to the area making it a very pleasant place to dine.

Close to the Angkor Wat area - a very enjoyable drive via touk-touk. One gets to see a little of the city and countryside on the journey.
