Arrived around midday at the airport to have the hotels Tuk Tuk pick us up, that was a superb experience as it was our first time on one, we got caught in the rain but the driver pulled over and put the rain covers on. (They have windows when down)
On arrival the duty manager welcomed up with a very much appreciated cold flannel and welcoming drink... this was so needed after a 12 hour flight and experiencing 30+ temperatures.
He sat us down, checked when our leaving flight was and made sure that we had transport waiting for when we left.
The room itself was comfortable and always spotless, daily toiletries such as razors and toothbrushes etc were replaced when used at no extra charge ... a nice touch.
When navigating the excursions the staff couldn’t be more helpful, they booked the circus for us at no extra cost.. pay when you get there and only book the cheap seats as you won’t get any better view with the expensive ones!.. but again the hotel organised the transport and at $5 return you can’t grumble!
On visiting Angkor Wat, we booked to see the sunrise for 4.30 so was an early start, again everything booked through the hotel, they provided us with a packed breakfast which was nice, they picked us up, drove us to the ticketing point , this took about 20 minutes, then straight to the temple.
For the day, if you book the private guide we would recommend that you pay the extra $10 to do it all in one hit (you get the option to see the sunrise then come back for breakfast) we found that it’s was cooler and less crowded by doing so.
Paid for the tour guide and the Tuk Tuk for the day on checkout, which was $70+ entrance fee. Just meant that we didn’t have to carry lots of cash on us all day.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from all the main pubs and clubs, and it’s a safe walk an well lit up but if you don’t fancy the walk then Mr Rin or one of his mates from the hotel can take you in and bring you back at a specified time.
They asked that when we leave the hotel to leave our key at reception (guessing this was so that you don’t lose it) and even when we had a late night on a few occasions (have a few cocktails at the hotel bar before you head out for the night, the guy behind the bar was lovely and chatty and spoke great English... and makes a great mix!) there was a few staff on hand even in the early hours with a big smile and some happy banter as we kept forgetting our room number!
The whole experience was one that I’ll never forget and want to highly recommend the hotel and it’s staff who could not do enough for the incredible time we had there!

Went there with my friend and we really enjoyed our stay there. The room is clean and is quiet, air conditional is about room temperature. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely come back if I ever visit Siem Reap again.

We loved this place! The service was amazing. We booked the tours to the temples directly with the hotel. Both the driver amd the tour guide were very kind and we enjoyed our excursion with them.
The room was amazing with view to the pool, full air conditioner and a beautiful bathroom. We had jetlag and we could sleep great here.
The front desk manager took a lot of care of us. And every person in this hotel made us feel very special. We definitely would come back and recommend it to everyone.
